Time: Under 15 minutes
- flesh of 1 large ripe mango, chopped
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp (2 ml) fresh ginger, grated
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk, chilled
- 1 cup (250 ml) ice
- In a blender, puree fruit, ginger and concentrate together until smooth.
- Add milk, ice and blend again.
- Enjoy immediately.
