Peanut Butter Shake Smoothie

Milk is milk! whether it’s skim, 1%, 2%, whole or flavoured, milk gives you the same amount of vitamins and minerals!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk
- 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla yogurt
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
- 1–2 handfuls of curshed ice (4–8 ice cubes
- 1 banana optional
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 2 cups (500 ml).
