Peanut Butter Shake Smoothie

Milk is milk! whether it’s skim, 1%, 2%, whole or flavoured, milk gives you the same amount of vitamins and minerals!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) honey
  • 1–2 handfuls of curshed ice (4–8 ice cubes
  • 1 banana optional

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 2 cups (500 ml).
