  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) mango (fresh or frozen chunks)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) orange juice

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes about 2 1/2 cups (625 ml)
