Raspberry Lemon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) milk
  • 2 cups (500 mL) frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup ( 125 mL) lemon- or vanilla-flavoured yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) liquid honey (or to taste)

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine milk, frozen fruit, yogurt and other flavourings (as called for).
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.
